I’m a very easy going sort of chap who doesn’t believe in making life more difficult than it already is. I think a sense of humour and a generosity of spirit are essential to this life and indeed without them you cannot possibly expect to enhance or enrich someone else's life, and they in turn cannot enrich yours. I’m kind, caring, loyal and affectionate.I also like to think that I'm generous and thoughtful and I hope I could also be considered resourceful, reliable and dependable.I like walking, cycling and swimming and try to stay reasonably fit.
I work as a Film and Video tape editor in the Film and TV business, but more importantly I’m also a semi professional artist with my own studio and website. I sell my work and take commissions and my paintings are in various galleries and exhibitions. I was initially trained as a painter and I have and been involved in the arts nearly all my life. So naturally I love the cinema…theatre….concerts….and art exhibitions. I’m a friend of the Royal Academy and I go there whenever I can……I love going up to London. I would say here that I don’t expect a potential partner to be in the arts as well.... indeed she could be a business woman or a scientist or anything….just as long as they’ve got an open mind. I would say that my life is full and hectic but it would also be nice to have someone special in my life to share those special moments and happy times.

I would hope to meet someone who is fun, willing to laugh at the world, concerned but not polemical, caring and kind, loves animals, loves a giggle but not a snigger, loves life and meeting new people but keeps their feet firmly on the ground. A terrific sense of humour is an absolute must because without it its very difficult to put life’s problems into perspective. Someone who has an open mind and loves to talk about everything and nothing. At the end of the day I'm looking for someone who is relaxing to be with and will enjoy just being together.In short someone to do nothing with.
